Covid-19 Shipping Delays
Deliveries during COVID-19.
From March 23rd 2020 until further notice the following will apply to all our deliveries.
Deliveries will be sent out each day via Royal Mail.
Deliveries after 12 Noon may not be dispatched the same day.
Orders are now subject to longer delivery times as follows:
Standard Delivery 2-3 working days, please allow up to 5 extra working days.
ECOPOTS Delivery 3-5 working days, please allow up to 7-10 extra working days.
Tracked Next Day Delivery – we cannot guarantee that this will arrive the next day but will remain the quickest way for items to reach you from us.
International Delivery 5-7 working days, please allow up to 10-15 extra working days.
During COVID-19 we have been reduced to an extremely small team and our priority is to get customer orders out as quickly as possible. With this in mind we may not be able to reply to your emails as quickly as you would expect. Please be patient and we will get back to you.
The best way to contact us is through social media and email but please be patient. We are unable to track parcels for all our customers. If you feel that your parcel may be lost or incorrectly delivered we will do our very best to find out for you.
Lost Parcels during COVID-19 and processing refunds.
During this time we have to give Royal Mail the chance to deliver all parcels and we cannot class a parcel as lost until 3 weeks after the dispatch date. Only then are we able to issue a refund for the missing goods.
We would like to thank all our customers for your patience and understanding at this difficult time.
Orders must be placed before 11.30am for a tracked next day service. These will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm will not be dispatched until the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will not be dispatched until Monday (or Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday).
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address for your order.
You will receive an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched.
PARCELS LEFT IN SAFE PLACES
We do not recommend that you ask for parcels to be left on doorsteps or safe places and we cannot be held responsible for parcels that then goes missing. The person delivering your item has the overall choice as to whether the parcel is left in a safe place. With ECOPOTS deliveries the couriers are no longer required to obtain a signature and so will be required to leave your order upon delivery and so please check your tracking as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing upon confirmation of delivery.
ECOPOTS Shipping Considerations
Please note your order will be split into two deliveries if you have ordered ECOPOTs and Ashortwalk products. ECOPOTS are despatched via a courier and you will receive tracking information via email and Ashortwalk items are despatched via Royal Mail second class post.
Your ECOPOTS order may also arrive as two separate deliveries dependant upon the packing configuration required to ensure your items are packed safely and securely for despatch.
If your order is for a house sign and other Ashortwalk products, all items will be dispatched together once your house sign has been completed.
Ashortwalk orders cannot be tracked or traced unless this option was selected at checkout.
